Development of plating technology for next-generation glass
We are currently developing a "roughening-free" plating process for quartz and borosilicate glass, specifically for high-frequency devices.
Standard glass plating usually requires "etching" to make the surface rough so the metal sticks. Our goal is to create a strong metal film while keeping the glass surface perfectly smooth.
Although this is still in the R&D stage, we can provide prototypes for samples up to 10 cm square.
Key Specifications
Materials: Quartz Glass and Borosilicate Glass
Process: No surface roughening (Smooth surface maintenance)
Prototype Size: Up to 100x100mm
Applications: Designed for fine-pattern formation
If you share your requirements, we would be happy to start with a feasibility study to see how we can work together.
